14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with FortiPanel for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
To request a refund, simply email us at support@fortipanel.dev within 14 days of your purchase with your order number or the email address used to subscribe.
Renewal Refunds
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals (charges after the initial payment). We send renewal reminder emails before each billing cycle so you have time to cancel if needed.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@fortipanel.dev. After cancellation:
- Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- FortiPanel will revert to the free tier (3 devices) when the period ends
- No data or configuration is lost
Partial Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
